Stress Related Problems

Stress.

Stress is the feeling we get when things around us are not going how we want them to, when this happens, stress starts to build up inside of us. Like a dam holding back the waters, with more water (stress) we feel this increasing. Of course as the waters subside so does the stress. Stress seems to come in floods or waves as when we deal with one stressful moment we tend to get another one.

Related Stress.

Related stress is interwoven with our other emotions, these can be:

  • Anxiety.
  • Worry.
  • Guilt.
  • Grief.
  • Troubled.
  • Agitation.
  • Fear.
  • Anger.
  • Frustration.
  • Family.
  • Relationships.
  • Panic Attacks.

The stress that is put onto us can depend on how good your coping mechanism is to deal with stress. It is also how we respond to stress. Whether a stressful response or calm and positive. At this point you have a choice of how you want to act – rather than over reacting.

Is Stress Good.

Is stress good? This will depend on how you view your world. Many people thrive on stress and perform better with stress, as the release of adrenaline can get your mind and body to perform better because you need to be fired up. Being fired-up for a sporting event would be good as you don’t want to be too laid back.

Long Term Stress.

Long term stress is bad as it can weaken the immune system, also it can create a meltdown or what we would call a nervous breakdown. This is because you either haven’t neutralised the stress you get everyday and in a way your dam has burst.

What Can I Do?

You need to get rid of stress and stress related problems before anything bad happens. You don’t just have go into a meltdown, you get plenty of prior warning. It is well before this that you need to seek help from an Anxiety Hypnotherapist. Hypnosis will bypass your critical thinking by working on your subconscious mind by getting rid of the stress you have been holding onto. This will also help you for any future events in your future so you don’t see stress in the future as stressful and so you are more likely to stay calm and relaxed.
