Overeaten?

Overeaten and feeling bloated? fat and uncomfortable?  The New Year will soon be here and you are going to make your New Year Resolutions, being healthy, going on a diet, going to the gym, eating less, eating healthily and cutting down your drinking… Well, that’s not going to really happen, is it? How many years have you said the same thing over and over and ended up with negative results as your willpower diminishes to a point of saying what the hell, I’m going to treat myself and that’s it!
Oh, and how far did you get. Lost a few pounds? Too tired to fit the gym in, working, looking after the kids and life, in general, getting in the way. Do you get a mindset of, I can lose weight later in the year when I’m going on holiday or to a special event.

New Years Resolution.

A new attitude that will work for you such as dieting, will work if you go about it in the right way. Let’s face it, you know exactly the right foods to eat to be healthy and you know the bad foods and the junk foods. You know about fat and sugars as well as taking more water and less alcohol. You know all of this, don’t you?
So why doesn’t your diet, gym or exercise work for you or it may do for a while and then you’re back to your old default settings and doing all those things that you said you wouldn’t? Willpower is a big mistake as it never works for you. Start to use your imagination. To visualise how you want to look and feel and more importantly is always remember the reason why you chose to do this…

 7 Tips and Tricks.

#1 Don’t say you are going on a diet when you’re full.
#2 Don’t use willpower, it never works.
#3 Don’t make a promise to yourself that you know you will not keep.
#4 Remember why you wanted to change your body shape.
#5 Know that you really know what are the right foods to eat.
#6 Don’t overdo anything, always leave yourself wanting more.
#7 Eat what you feel will contribute to your health & wellbeing.

Food and Calories.

Cutting down on calories is fine, but did you know that calorie controlled food from shops can provide you with fewer calories. But there is no way that you can make food have fewer calories. The only way is to eat less. You cannot make a doughnut have fewer calories. If you only want half the calories, then cut the doughnut in half and only eat half.
Fewer calories in shop bought processed food is replaced with what I can only call ‘stuff’ that bulks out the food, and what this is, do we really know. Let’s face it, some of the biggest people I help to lose weight are on diet drinks and they never lose any weight.

180 Degree Turn Around.

Everyone will do a 180-degree turnaround, If you are lazy, then in the New Year you will go to the gym and exercise, if you are fat, you will stop eating, we all do the 180 degrees. This is why we fail to stick to our New Year Resolutions because of the 180-degree complete turnaround.
So What Can You Do? Stop doing the 180 and be much more subtle in your approach to your health and wellbeing. Start to make small adjustments to the way you eat that you hardly notice.
For an example, if you took two sugars in your tea, then the 180 degrees way would be to stop taking sugar and this wouldn’t be very pleasant, and so a better approach is to take one and a half sugars or one and threequarters, just enough that you really don’t notice. You can do this with all foods and of course drinking.
Exercise, going to the gym, using weights that don’t take it out of you, stretch only the amount you feel comfortable with so that you want to do it again the next day. Before you know it a month will have flown by and you will have lost weight, exercising, happier and feeling fitter all because of a subtle approach.

Your Personal Diet.

A diet has to include all aspects of your life and not just food. Your diet needs to be your health, positive thinking, what you listen to, what you watch on TV. mindful of negative thinking, staying calm, contributing to society, how you help others, your bad language, use kind words and thoughts. How you contribute to your own wellbeing and walking in nature. A diet is not just food and drink, it is your way of life. Angry Women Are Getting Worse.

Angry Women.

Angry women are no longer able to keep their patience due to how the anger epidemic seems to be sweeping the nation. The pressures and strains on women are worse than ever before, although you don’t need me to tell you this. Men have always shown anger, but it always appears to look worse when a woman shouts or voices her anger.

Angry Liver.

Continually feeling angry starts to damage your liver because of the chemical imbalance in the body and of course the blood stream. The liver clears out toxins from the blood stream that are released via chemicals via the process of how you think. Just as adrenaline is released if we are in a fight or flight situation. So it is important not to get angry as it never really helps, especially when the anger is controlling you and not the other way around.

Angry Child.

Family Fighting You don’t have to be an adult to be angry or have a bad temper. We can all have a temper or a breaking point. Just as the school bully victim can eventually turn and fight the bully back, because of the breaking point. Every adult is a product of a child. Adults are grown out of children, but what changes from when you were a child to becoming an adult? Do you not feel the same feelings when you were a child getting angry to when you are an adult feeling angry. The emotions are the same. The only difference is that it is less accepted in adults, especially in women, because they are seen as the carers, or the nurturing ones or the fairer sex…

Back To School.

Children have been back at school a few weeks since writing this blog however, this has been happening all across the country and indeed all over the world, kids going back to school after their holidays or long break. The Level Of Consciousness

The level of consciousness is calibrated at 1 to 1000, although it can go higher logarithmically. Although for human beings it is set from 1 to 1000.

What Does This Mean For You…

Depending on where you are in your mental state of consciousness, it is calibrated to a specific number on this chart. Consequently, you become the experiencer of this particular vibration and this number is set on the chart. For instance, anger is set a 150, so if you are in an angry state of mind, this means you are a 150 on the chart of consciousness. So you will have the experience of anger. So there are many numbers that represent how you will feel.

Are You Below 200?

When we have negative problems such as Anger, Fear, Guilt, Shame which are set at 150 or below they affect your mental state of consciousness. These are below 200 where all the problems are.

What others are below 200.

Other than these two, this is about as much fear as you can have. Although you may have another natural fear which has been programmed from childhood, this would be the woods/forest. This is because fairy tales evoke fear of leaving home and ending up in the dark woods or the forest.

A fear has varying degrees of what is called a sliding scale of fear. This can range from mild fear to a really bad fear. People who may have a fear of the dentist, would be able to tolerate visiting the dentist. This again is dependant on the severity of the fear. As one might go on their own, another may find a sympathetic dentist and go at a quiet time. This is so that the fear can in some way be managed. Again this can go for other things that people are fearful of, such as needles, snakes, and dogs to name but a few.

# 1 Recognise whether this is a fear or phobia you are experiencing. If this is a fear or even a very strong fear, it is easier to deal with on your own than it is to manage a phobia. Managing a phobia can be quite draining as you are constantly on the lookout for danger. A fear isn’t nearly so bad. So now you know what it is you have and most people have a fear to one degree or another.

# 2 So if this is a fear, you have probably taken avoidance most of your life. However this has never cured your fear. One of the best things that you can do is to face what it is that you fear. But don’t rush into this. Set out some rules, limitations and guidelines to make sure you conquer this. e.g could be that you want to get over your fear of heights. Start to get used to the height before you progress to the next level. Let your thoughts become comfortable before you move onwards and upwards.

# 3 If you have a severe phobia, then more than likely you will have to see a specialist that deals with your phobia. Other than that, you can get rid of your fear by knowing as much as you can on that subject. i.e. If you fear spiders, then it might help to know about the spider that you fear. It will not be a deadly spider that you’ll probably never come into contact with – but just the everyday house spider that we have in the UK. Remember that knowledge is power and understanding the spider will help you disarm the negative fears it has had over you.
